These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order you place with HelloGidiCentral, an Ontario-based Nigerian food and beverage business whose products include the Zentra fruit-drink line. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.
In these Terms, “HelloGidiCentral,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the HelloGidiCentral business. “You” means the person using the website or placing an order.

You may use the website only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that burdens our systems, or use our content in a misleading or unlawful manner.
You must provide accurate, current information when contacting us or placing an order. If you are below the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.
We try to keep menu descriptions, photographs, prices, ingredients and availability accurate. Food is prepared in batches and agricultural ingredients naturally vary, so appearance, portion presentation, colour and packaging may differ from photographs. Menu items and Zentra flavours may be changed, substituted or unavailable.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and other disclosed checkout charges are added before you confirm an order. Delivery fees range from $15 to $60 depending on location, are quoted separately, and are confirmed by text or email. If a price or product description contains an obvious error, we may correct it before accepting the order and will give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.
Contact us before ordering if you or the intended consumer has a food allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction. Our food may be prepared or handled in spaces and with equipment that also handle common allergens. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing, we cannot guarantee that a menu item is free from an allergen or from cross-contact.
Review the ingredient and allergen information on packaged Zentra products each time you purchase. Product descriptions and general wellness language on the website are informational only and are not medical advice or a promise to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order. An order is accepted when we confirm it and, where payment is enabled, the payment is authorized. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of availability, an error, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, safety concerns or another reasonable operational issue. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
If the checkout is identified as a preview, demonstration or test experience, no real purchase or payment is completed through that checkout.
Where online payment is available, payment is handled by the payment provider identified at checkout and is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. We do not need to receive your full payment-card number. You authorize the disclosed charges and represent that you are permitted to use the selected payment method.
Orders placed before 4 PM are eligible for same-day pickup or delivery. Orders placed after 4 PM are scheduled for pickup or delivery the next day. Delivery fees range from $15 to $60 depending on location and are confirmed by text or email. Times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, traffic, weather and events outside our reasonable control. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.
Because many items are fresh, perishable or prepared for a specific order, contact us as soon as possible if you need a change or cancellation. We may accommodate a request made before preparation begins, but we cannot promise changes or refunds once ingredients have been committed, food has been prepared, or the order has been released for pickup or delivery.
If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged or reasonably believed to be unsafe, contact us promptly with the order details and, where helpful, photographs. After reviewing the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, account credit or refund. Change-of-mind returns are not normally available for prepared food, opened beverages or other perishable products.
Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility rules and availability. Unless stated otherwise, promotions have no cash value, cannot be combined, may apply only to selected products, and may be withdrawn or corrected where they were published in error or used improperly.
The website and its branding, logos, photography, product names, graphics, copy and layout are owned by or licensed to HelloGidiCentral and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website and make a copy of an order confirmation for personal use, but you may not otherwise reproduce, modify, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including hosting, forms, maps, social media and payment services. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or independent practices. Their terms may apply when you use them.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, HelloGidiCentral is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information. It forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted will govern that order unless the law requires otherwise.
